Barberio and his Crunch team mates yp 2 games to 0 versus Springfield and Michael Chaput

Tiger Paw Guest Instructor Mark Barberio and his Syracuse Crunch team mates have built a 2 game to nothing lead against the Springfield Falcons and Ile Bizard's Michael Chaput.

The Crunch won the first game 5-2 after building a 4-1 first period lead. They the  won game two 5-3, receiving a hat trick from Tyler Johnson, the American Hockey League MVP this season.

On the Falcons side of the ice, Michael Chaput has been stellar in his two way play, catching the attention of observers of the series.

Michael and Mark can been seen on the ice at Arena Vincent Lecavalier through the course of the Tiger Paw Elite Summer Hockey School as both participate regularly in the Friday afternoon scrimmages.

Michael was a callup with the Lac St Louis Tigers in 2006-2007.
